How Does Text Effect An Image?
Without text images would be viewed in a different context and could mean multiple things, a picture can be portrayed and speak a 1000 words depending what it is and how its shown, in this case I will be looking at motervational posters on how the images shown are completely twisted through context and type.
Above is an amusing motervational poster from Bungie's Halo series, it's applying that there can be friendship through online slayer matches where 2 opposing teams red and blue battle to who gets the highest kills, its just ironic how the image shows defiance against Bungie and there ways. Without the text the image would confuse the viewer, they might just guess that it's and advertisement for the game, text is just as important as an image, mixing the 2 can have many outcomes and mean something completely different.
How Does No Text Effect Emotion?
Like the saying goes, A picture can speak a 1000 words, depending on what the image is trying to tell you, or to figure it out for yourself, how do you figure out a photo without the knowledge?
